Waldbredimus last stage of jumping amateur cup competitions
As part of the equestrian tournament in Waldbredimus, the finals of the FLSE Cups in show jumping were held last Sunday. In the highest category, the Gold M* Cup, Charline Rollinger and Casalito’s lead (photo) was already large enough making the 108 points earned on the final day enough for the overall victory. They finished with a total of 448 points. Lara Klinkert made a real jump up to second place in Waldbredimus: riding Curtis she scored 150 points there and moved from fourth to the second highest step on the podium with 406 points. Third are Julie Thill and Kansai du Gibet with 398 points.
In the Silver L Cup, Annemarie Hartert won with C-Star with a total of 546, which she reached after scoring 150 points on the final weekend. The order in this cup competition did not change from the second last round: Grace Baum and Ibiza finished second (522) and Alice Juhlin with Thimax van’t Hof van Eversem came third (516). The situation was similar after the conclusion of the A Cup 2026. Katrin Baum won on Cyrielle du Toultia (528), Lynn Weiwers and Modric took second place (486), and Anna Maria Hatz (Torero, 464) finished third. However, Hatz felt the breath of fourth-placed Sandy Winandy (Oramona, 450) on her neck; Winandy scored 150 points in Waldbredimus and came close to Hatz.
The WBO Cup was to be extremely narrow: before the final, only sixteen points separated the first from the fourth place. The final winner Emma Thiel scored 144 points in Waldbredimus and thus reached a total of 544 points, which meant a tiny two-point lead over Lorie Theis and Mellimara Jife (542). Mich Koedinger finished on the lowest step of the podium and ended with 526 points with Abby, giving her a slim ten-point advantage over Laura Wagener and Royaumont, who finished fourth (516).
The finals of the Dressage Cups will be ridden at the end of October in Beaufort. This weekend the third-to-last day for these rankings takes place in Strassen. The schedule and the classes offered at this dressage show will follow later this week on our website!
